PURPOSE:To obtain piezoelectric ceramics suitable to mechanical filters, ceramic filters or the likes which are uniform, of a high sintering density, and with less scattering in temperature coefficients for electro-mechanical coupling constant and resonance frequency, by preparing a solid solution of Pb(Fe1/3Nb2/3)O3 with a three-component solid solution of b(Mn1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3PbZrO3. |
