PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an infrared human-body sensing device by which the existence of a human being is not mistaken. SOLUTION: An infrared human-body sensing device 1 is provided with a first sensor S1 which monitors a first region R1 leading to an entrance and with a second sensor S2 which monitors a second region R2 leading to only the first region and comprising an infrared generation source 2. The infrared human-body sensing device is provided with a first judgment means which judges that a human being exists in the first region when the output level of the first sensor is at a first threshold value or higher and with a second judgment means which judges that the human being is moved to the second region from the first region when the output level of the first sensor is less than the first threshold value and when the increase portion of the output level of the second sensor is at a second threshold value or higher. After the first judgment means judges that the human being exists, the output level of the first sensor is less than the first threshold value before the second judgment means judges that the human being is moved to the second region from the first region. In this case, it is judged that the human being does not exist in both the first region and the second region.
