PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an absolute angle with high precision by performing an initial setting of the absolute angle of a moving body with high precision. SOLUTION: Based on the input to a reference line start input device 3 and a reference line end input device 4, a position calculated with a position calculator 11 is written in a start position memory 5 and an end position memory 6, and from a start/end position, a measurement angle of a reference line is calculated with a direction calculator 10 and it is recorded in a measurement angle memory 7, and with the difference between the angle and a set angle of a set angle memory 8, angle is corrected with an angle correcting device 9 for outputting an absolute angle. |
