PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform preparation at a low cost without waste in the size and shape of an insulation body and to simplify the folding operation of a conductor piece by constituting the insulation body from a resist remaining part made to remain by performing development through a mask provided with a prescribed pattern. SOLUTION: The mask 7 provided with a pattern 71 is abutted to both surfaces of a copper plate 1 and exposed by a light source 4. For the pattern 71, in order to harden only the resist of a part for forming the resist remaining part 61 to be the insulation body, that is the part corresponding to two straight line parts facing each other through a punch part 11c for forming the conductor piece 11b, only the part corresponding to the part is turned to the pattern capable of transmitting light. As a material for constituting the resist remaining part 61, that is as the material of the resist 6, the one containing a monomer crosslinked by the light and turned insoluble like a multifunctional acrylic monomer and acrylic resin soluble in alkali is preferable. |
