PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the storage capacity and battery power consumption of a storing means and, at the same time, to make the measured time of a measuring instrument correct by calculating each measured time from a reference time value, interval time, etc., and correcting the reference time value. SOLUTION: A measuring system is constituted of a measuring instrument composed of a main body section 1 and a probe section 2 and a data processor 9. Firstly, the starting time TS which is counted by means of a clock counter 42 is stored in a storing means 44. Then the probe section 2 measures the temperature of an object to be measured a plurality of number of times in accordance with a prescribed sampling period and stores measured temperatures in the storing means 44. A control means 41 reads out the time TS, preset internal time Ti , measured temperatures, etc., and the present time counted by the counter 42 and sends the read-out data to the data processor 9. The processor 9 calculates the real starting time TX from the data and the measuring time of each measured temperature from the time TX and Ti and outputs the measured temperatures and measured time. Since the storing means 44 only stores the time TS, the means 44 does not require any large storage capacity and the battery consumption of the means 44 can be reduced. |
