PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a real image of an water bottom by dividing the water bottom into plural patches and substituting luminance for irradiation energy in each patch irradiated with nonumiformly distributed light on the water bottom. SOLUTION: The direction of rays R of light and the number of rays corresponding to irradiation energy are specified. Then the shape of an wave W is prepared. The shape of the wave W is three-dimensionally generated and prepared by applying an instruction from an input device 14 to an wave shape preparing part 24. An water bottom B is previously divided into plural patches P based on an instruction front the input device 14. The division processing is executed by a patch dividing part included in a control device 12. A patch to be irradiated with each ray R' of light nonuniformly distributed in water in accordance with a physical low is specified by a patch operation part 18 and the irradiation energy of each ray R' of light arriving at each specified patch is converted into the luminance of the patch. Thus a flare image on the water bottom can be prepared by executing the processing in each frame.
