PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a unified data safety control system by retrieving on a time series of chaos, allocating an input code to a degenerated quantum, recording a cipher code and reading it. SOLUTION: Although a sum of money is a decimal method analog value, when it is inputted from a key board as a numerical value, it is converted to an electronized digital code such as an ASCII code. The digital code is divided to (κ-τ) bits, and are allocated to quantized internal state Y(t) to be made an input code. The divided digital code Y(t) is retrieved on the time series, and Y(t-τ) is found to be made the cipher code. Then, all divided digital codes are converted successively to the cipher codes to be stored and recorded successively in a recorder that an individual can carry it, e.g. a card. In such a manner, the digital code is retrieved on the time series of the chaos, and the input code is allocated to the degeerated quantum, and the cipher code is recorded to be read. |
