PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform cable drawing works smoothly, by providing respectively hollow pipes between the central lower portions of respective adjacent fastening rings to each other of a universal corner tool to pass a connection wire through the hollow pipes, and by providing loops of the connection wire at both its ends to dispose wire clips on the loops. SOLUTION: In a universal corner tool for drawing a cable, providing on the upper side of each fastening ring 7, each openably closed ring 2 by a rotational pin 3, a hook type fastening pin 4 is provided on each ring 2. Also, providing respectively hollow pipes 5 between the respective adjacent fastening rings 7 to each other, a connection wire 6 is passed through the hollow pipes 5 to couple them and the plural fastening rings 7 to each other and loops of the connection wire 6 are formed at both its ends to fasten the loops to the wire 6 by wire clips 8. Then, when using such a universal corner tool, its curving angle is formed adapting oneself to the one of the corner portion of a cable rack to fasten its fastening hooks 1 to the corner portion by annealing wires, etc. Thereafter, fitting a drawn cable into the universal corner tool, the openable closed rings 2 are closed. Therefore, the escaping of the cable from the tool during its drawing is eliminated and its separation from the corner portion is prevented even when a tension is applied to it from an arbitrary direction within 360 deg.. As a result, cable drawing works can be performed smoothly.
