PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluctuation air conditioning system having a simple and convenient configuration. SOLUTION: An air conditioning system 100 for performing an air conditioning with air flow having a 1/f fluctuation within an air conditioned space 102 is provided with air conditioning facilities 104 and 108 for supplying air conditioned air within the air conditioned space; injection flow generating devices 120, 122 and 124 for injecting injection flow for inducing the supplied air conditioned air; and an injection flow output control system 120b for applying 1/f fluctuation characteristic to the injection flow output of the injection flow generating device. The air conditioning facility itself performs a specified air injecting operation and applies 1/f fluctuation characteristic to the air conditioned air with injection flow having a less amount of injected air and low injecting power, resulting in that it is possible to construct a fluctuation air conditioning system providing an energy saving by a simple and convenient configuration.
