Porous concrete block manufacturing method

The method involves casting an initial mass into a form which is longer and wider than it is high and prehardened to a square-shaped cake. The cake is then tipped from its horizontal starting position by 90 deg onto a lower narrow side, and the cake cut in planes parallel to its outer surfaces. Next, the cake is tipped in the direction of its horizontal position by such a distance that a bottom layer lying upon the lower narrow side can be removed. The cake is then tipped back to its vertical position and precipitation hardening carried out.
