PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture sheet-like building elements different from one another in size with common facilities by a method wherein a continuous band sheet-like green sheet is formed by dehydrating slurry so as to be primarily cut in the predetermined lengths, given the predetermined hardness by curing and then finally cut it into small-sized product shapes. SOLUTION: Slurry constantly supplied from a slurry feeding device 12 is gradually dehydrated so as to be formed into a continuous band sheet-like green sheet. A primary cutting device 2 has a nozzle 15, which can move widthwise in synchronization with the conveying direction of the green sheet under continuous forming, so as to cut the greed sheet W at the intervals of the predetermined length. The green sheet W is turned into a hardened body having the predetermined hardness. A final cutting device 7 has a nozzle 26, which can move horizontally to X and Y directions in the predetermined combination, so as to divide the hardened body into a plurality of small-sized sheet- like building elements. |
