PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of a reagent and the frequency of reactions and relatively simply carry out the analysis of sequence of a large capacity by installing plural reactional regions in one container, conducting plural different reactions in respective different places and analyzing the reactions according to a capillary array electrophoresis. SOLUTION: A reactional solution bath 25, fine groove reactional parts 26 and capillary bonding parts 27 are formed by micro-fabrication and a DNA is dropped into the capillary bonding parts 27 and placed in the reactional parts 26 to immobilize a template DNA labeled with a biotin, etc., in the reactional parts 26. A reactional solution is then added into the reactional solution bath 25, pressurized, made to flow into the reactional parts 26 and reacted with the template DNA. Although the resultant product remains in the reactional parts 26 through biotin-avidin bonds, the product is separated by increasing the temperature, etc. An electric field is applied thereto by capillary analytical tubes 29 having a light irradiating part 30 and the sample flowing into the analytical tubes 29 is separated into respective components by an electrophoresis to detect the fluorescence in a fluorescent detecting part 31 having a data processing part 32. |
