FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing polysaccharide and biologically active substance solutions, successive components mixing, sublimation drying of mixture. Alginic acid and its salts, mixture of alginates with chitosan, carraghinan were used as polysaccharides. Hyaluronidase, proteolytical complex, cytochrome c and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) or their biochemically compatible salts were used as biologically active substances. One gram of the end product must contain 5-25 mg cytochrome c, 15-50 conventional units of proteolytical activity, 30-60 units of hyaluronidase activity and 80-120 mg DNA or their mixtures taken at amount corresponding low value of indicated concentration range.
