摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an appropriate fail-safe process against sticking of a switching valve arranged between a master cylinder and a wheel cylinder in a brake fluid pressure controller controlling a brake fluid pressure of an automobile braking device. SOLUTION: In an ordinary time, Fr linear valves 58, 66 are used as fluid pressure sources of wheel cylinders 82, 88. If failure is caused in the Fr linear valves 58, 66, a master CV 36 and a FCV 70 are controlled, and the fluid pressure source is switched to a master cylinder 14. A check valve 38 allowing only a flow flowing to the wheel cylinders 82, 88 sides is arranged in parallel to the master CV 36. Front pressure reducing valves 90, 92 and a reservoir CV 96 are opened so as to reduce a pressure of a wheel cylinder pressure PW/ C if a wheel cylinder pressure PW/ C is higher than a master cylinder pressure PM/ C when a closing valve sticking malfunction is generated in the master CV 36.
