FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has controlling and tearing off member made from wire of 0.5-0.8 mm diameter and coiled to form spring, which is mounted by means of holder. Spring has L-shaped end positioned perpendicular to spring body for cooperation with connecting member or with thread wound from bobbin mounted on spindle. Coiled spring is put onto lower part of rod-type clip of holder positioned in horizontal plane above spindle and in parallel with drawing cylinder of machine so that L-shaped end of spring rests on upper part of clip, when spring is in vertical position. EFFECT: increased efficiency by reduced loss of complex thread and decreased labor intensity for unwinding of single complex chemical thread directed onto output bobbin. 2 dwg øøø1
