FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: hollow tube houses float of small particles of polydispersive magnetic material. Inductance coil is extended along generating line of hollow tube. Inductance coil is part of oscillatory circuit used in the capacity of register of flow rate. Coil is manufactured with distance between turns linearly growing over height. Flow rate is determined both visually by position of upper boundary of suspended layer of ferromagnetic particles and by change of inductance of oscillatory circuit.
