PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polypropylene-based resin composition excellent in whitening resistance and abrasion resistance, and a cap consisting of the same composition. SOLUTION: This polypropylene-based resin composition consists of 70-99wt.% polypropylene-based resin, and 30-1wt.% elastomer of an ethylene/α-olefin-based copolymer satisfying the following characteristics of (a) to (d), and is further added with >=1000ppm and <=100000ppm surfactant to the polypropylene-based resin. (a) a carbon number of theα-olefin; 4-20, (b) a content of theα-olefin: >=65wt.% and <=95wt.% (c) a crystal melting peak by a differential scanning calorimeter: not obserbed, (d) a density: <0.880g/cm<3> .
