PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure high safety, obtain excellent operability and miniaturize and lighten a device. SOLUTION: The hand lever device has a main lever 30 by which the device is revolved and operated. A cable 17 connected to a member CV to be driven is made to be pulled by the main lever 30. The device is constituted by interposing a tensile amount expanding mechanism 40 expanding the tensile amount of the cable 17 by the main lever 30 between the main lever 30 and the cable 17. |
