PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an article coated with a highly permeable film and a film having the min. reflectivity and low electric resistance, having improved shearing resistance, showing improveded weatherability, capable of withstanding high temp. processing and capable of avoiding the use of the titanium primer layer under a reflective metal layer. SOLUTION: A coated article having high permeability and low reflectivity has a transparent nonmetal substrate, an infrared reflective metal film having electric resistances of two levels wherein one level is lower than the other level and set to a state of a lower level among two levels and the dielectric non-reflective base film between the substrate and the metal film and the base film is the crystalline metal contact film part of a first substance coming into contact with the metal film and contains a crystalline film part matching with the metal film and a support film part containing a second substance other than the first substance. |
