SOLUTION: This device feeds a turbine exhaust gas from a gas turbine 3 to a furnace 1a of a boiler main body 1 as burning gas G1. When fuel F ejected from the burner 2 is supplied, after the gas turbine load reaches the rated load, air A is mixed with the fuel gas G1 to be fed into the furnace 1a in the case where an excess amount of fuel F is fed into the furnace 1a to raise steam turbine load PS.
