<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reutilize building sludge not only to form solidified matter having sufficient strength but also to make it possible to obtain crushed matters with an arbitrary particle size. SOLUTION: Building sludge is weighed to be supplied to a high speed stirrer 13 as sludge dehydrated matter from a sludge supply system 1 and a solidifying agent 22 based on cement is weighed to be supplied thereto from a solidifying agent supply system 21 and a chemical agent 15 such as a water soluble polymer or an oily emulsion type polymer is weighed to be supplied thereto as an admixture from a polymer supply system 14. Then, cement particles of the solidifying agent, sludge dehydrated matter and soil particles are uniformly dispersed by the high speed stirring action of the high speed stirrer and the chemical action of the chemical agent to form mixed soil which is, in turn, pressed under proper load pressure by a press apparatus 28 to remove excessive water and air bubbles to for, lumpy matter. The lumpy matter is cured and broken to form an objective product.</p> |
