The device has a metallic reception part (2) for a detonation resistance and at least one detonation insert (5,6) embedded in a plastics body (13) from which electrical leads (3,4) for the detonation insert project. An elastic layer or elastic body (51) is inserted between the reception part and the plastics body in the vicinity of the electrical leads, for preventing any gaps allowing penetration of moisture due to thermal expansion.
