<p>PURPOSE:To allow easy and positive matching of the engaging position of a cable reel and the operating position of a steering wheel by providing a stop part having a part into which an operating part can be inserted only when the frame part is engaged with the shaft part. CONSTITUTION:When a rotary member, e.g. a steering wheel 24, is removed for the purpose of maintenance, the steering wheel 24 is set at a neutral position and the operating part 57c of a lock body 57 is rotated by about 90 deg. while pushing downward thus setting the operating part 57c at a rectangular hole 29b made in a boss plate 28. Consequently, a plate part 57b and a recessed part 39 are engaged each other to lock the rotation of a cable reel thus allowing to draw the steering wheel 24 upward. Under a state where the cable reel and the steering wheel 24 are removed, the rotor 14 and the stator 15 do not rotate relatively thus causing no positional shift.</p> |
