<p>This patent describes the derivatives of 1,4- -dihydropyridine with a general formula (III), where R1 means C1-C4 alkyl, which can be substituted by methoxy group, R2 means methyl, ethyl or formyl and R3 means hydrogen atom, 2-, 3 or 4-picolyl, thienylmethyl, benzyl or 4-fluorobenzyl and this symbol also can mean additive salts with organic or inorganic acids having pharmaceutical effects. This patent also describes the procedure closed to the production of compounds with a general formula (III) and their application, when they are playing role of pharmaceutical compositions suitable for healing of cardiovascular diseases.</p> |
