PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purifying method of a lithium salt soln. contaminated with a metallic cation other than the lithium. SOLUTION: The lithium salt soln. to be purified which is contaminated with the metallic cation is passed through an exchange area suitable for exchanging a Li<+> cation and the metallic cation, filled with the Li<+> cation above 95% at first and in which the material having a better affinity to the metallic cation than the Li<+> cation is packed in order to fix whole contaminated metallic cations to the material by a substitution of the Li<+> cation, and in this way, the contaminated metallic cation is removed from the lithium salt soln. recovered at an outlet of the exchange area. Further, the material is regenerated by replacing the contaminated metallic cation fixed thereto with the Li<+> cation are incorporated. |
