PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a heat treatment furnace extremely effective for a high temperature region and corrosive gas, and improve the thermal conductivity, the radiation efficiency and the treatment efficiency in heat transfer heating by providing a refractory partitioning wall which separates a hot air passage and a passage for articles to be heattreated, on a furnace internal wall which constitutes the heat treat furnace. SOLUTION: A furnace body 2 which is constituted on the internal walls of a body part 1, a supply part 20 and a collecting part 30, has supplying and collecting ends for hot air on the end parts 3, 4 of the furnace body 2, and a hot air passage 10 is arranged in a refractory partitioning wall of the internal wall of the body part 1, i.e., in a refractory layer 5 for lining. By doing so, the refractory layer 5 for lining which completely separates the hot air passage 10 and a passage 60 for articles to be heat-treated, is formed. For this reason, the hot air passage 10 can be added to the refractory layer 5 for lining without using metal parts such as a pipe structure or double drum structure as a means to perform heat transfer heating. By this method, this heat treat furnace is extremely effective for a high temperature region and corrosive gas, and the thermal conductivity and the radiation efficiency can be improved. |
