PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the dispersion of heating value, and thereby provide uniform induction heating by bundling a plurality of element wires into two sets of litz wires without being twisted, and letting them be so constituted as to be wound in a spiral shape while being alternately intersected each other. SOLUTION: The induction heating coil 1 is so constituted that a plurality of element wires 2 are bundled into two sets of litz wires 3 (3a and 3b), and they are wound in a spiral shape where the respective litz wires 3a and 3b are mutually intersected in such a way that its inner diameter side and its outer diameter side are changed in position in the middle of winding. Since positions in the radial direction are alternately changed as mentioned above, the difference in winding length will never take place between the respective wires 3a and 3b. Besides, since the element wires 2 consisting of the respective wires 3a and 3b, are piped up at random, the lengths of the element wires 2 are identical with each other. Therefore, the value of electrical resistivity remains identical among the element wires, and non-conformity such as scattering in induction heating will never take place. |
