PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for giving a warning in a call end state caused by the low field communication by keeping a circuit capture state of a slave unit via the control of a master unit, even in a low field area as long as the slave unit is being held. SOLUTION: A master unit 1 starts the talking with its opposite party, via a circuit interface part 3. A control part 6 decides whether the unit 1 is kept in a holding ON or OFF state. If the holding ON state of the unit 1 is decided, the part 6 generates the low field detection data via a low field data transmission circuit 8 and sends the data to a slave unit 2 via a radio part 4. At the same time, the part 6 generates the holding OFF data via a holding control circuit 7, to cancel the holding state of the unit 2 and sends the data generated to the unit 2 via the part 4.
