PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent short circuit between transparent electrodes in a connector to be connected to a board on which a plurality of transparent electrodes are formed at narrow pitches. SOLUTION: A connector has an insulator 11 having the main surface on which a board 20 is arranged, and a plurality of contacts 12 are arranged at the specified pitches on the insulator 11 and pressed against the main surface for being held. Each of projections 12a is formed in the specified position of the contact 12 on the main surface, and the contact 12 on the main surface, except for the projection 12a is covered with an insulating layer 13. When the board 20 is inserted into between the insulating layer 13 and the main surface, the projection 12a comes in contact with the transparent electrode 21, and the transparent electrode 21 other than the contact is covered with the insulating layer 13. |
