The method for producing the garlic food is to add the enzyme alliinase to the garlic extract powder in which the enzyme alliinase is inactivated, producing the alliinase-containing garlic extract powder and include the substance capable of making the alliinase stably act in the gastric juice in the resultant alliinase-containing garlic extract powder.
