PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional simulator equipment capable of realizing a real representation of falling state of a falling object without much increase in a processing load. SOLUTION: Falling objects 20, 21, etc., are constituted by three-dimensionally locating falling bodies 30-34, 35-39 in a space. A state of snow flying down to the ground is represented by letting the falling objects 20-28 fall in the space with a given direction and speed of rotation. The falling objects link together to form ring-shape chains in an area partitioned by planes along the falling direction. Based on a field of view and a falling speed, moving directions of the falling objects in a viewpoint coordinate system are determined. A speed, its direction, and the number of the array are varied based on the positions in the object space and time information. This makes it possible to represent a side wind varying in place and time. |
