PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change the direction of the piping direction, and to greatly improve the execution property by providing appropriate bending property in a bend itself. SOLUTION: Straight pipes 20a, 20b are joined with each end of a bend 16 by a fusion joint 22. The bend 16 is formed so as to be bent at the prescribed radius of curvature relative to a bent part 14 of an excavated groove 12. The bend 16 is formed in a shape of approximately wavy section so as to obtain sufficient bending property. Thus, the direction of the piping of a polyolefine piping 10 for tap water to be provided in the excavated groove 12 can be easily changed to be matched with the excavated groove 12.
