PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antitack agent for a vulcanized rubber capable of being efficiently applied to the rubber after vulcanization and molding, and also preventing an appearance of tacking to an equipment by preparing the antitack agent consisting essentially of a specific metallic soap by using a paraffinic organic solvent. SOLUTION: This antitack agent for a vulcanized rubber comprises (A) a compound of the formula (RCOO)n M [R is a 7-17C alkyl or alkenyl; M is Ca, Mg, Zn, Pb or Fe; (n) is a valence of the M], (B) a compound of the formula RCOOM' (M' is an alkali metal), (C) a compound of the formula RCOOH and (D) a paraffinic organic solvent such as a petroleum ether and a hexane and obtained, for example, by dispersing 5-20 pts.wt. component A, 10-40 pts.wt. component B and 2-4 pts.wt. component C in 100 pts.wt. component D. The antitack agent can be applied on the vulcanized rubber such as a tacky acrylic rubber, for example, by diluting the agent with the component D into about 10-200 times and using a means such as a spray to provide a quickly dryable waxy coating membrane composed of the components without the solvent, hardly crystallizing on the vulcanized rubber surface and hardly evaporating. |
