The invention describes a water valve for toilets, having control means comprising, at least, two disks. The first disk is fixedly arranged, and constitutes the valve seating disk, and the second disk, which constitutes a control disk, is movably arranged upon the first disk, both disks having a surface conduit for deflecting functions, which can be simultaneously performed so as to overlap inlet flow apertures, and outlet flow aperture on the first disk. The second disk includes one or more recesses, which substantially reduce actuating forces required to open the water valve, thereby considerably increasing the operation efficiency.
