The chair has central, controllable drive wheels (25) and a three-armed foot (16) with pivoted rollers (18). Drive devices (26,27",28") are formed as longitudinal, inclined, or cross link axes (70-74). At least one spring/damping device (72) is provided opposite to the support components of the link axes, so that uneven formations on the ground and/or obstacles are compensated by the swingably located drive devices and at least partial traction. The spring/damping device is a gas pressure spring, which exerts a pressure on the drive wheel and at the same time permits a height compensation (h). The drive devices incorporate electric motors, the speed of which is selectively controllable individually or synchronously. |
