PURPOSE:To facilitate installing work of a door moving device on a car body, and also improve accuracy. CONSTITUTION:In a door moving device A, a step bracket 5 is fixed to a side sill 1a on an under surface of a step of a vehicle in a condition where respective parts such as a door movement driving part 8 and a toothed belt 11 are mounted/installed all on/in the step bracket 5. Next, after a belt joint 15 is connected to the door side, when a temporarily fastened bracket 16 is removed, the door moving device A and a door 2 are connected to each other. Since the belt joint 15 is connected to the door side after being fixed in a normal position to the step bracket 5 by the temporarily fastened bracket 16, it can move along a normal passage without being influenced by an error in accuracy of fittings of the door 2. |
