PURPOSE:To extend leads without penetrating a concave reflecting face, and to densely arrange a plurality of the leads by providing a second reflecting face in addition to a first reflecting face, and extending the leads between the first and second faces. CONSTITUTION:Power is supplied to a light emitting element 1 via lead frames 2, 3 and wirings 4, and a light is emitted from a light emitting element 1. The light emitted from the element 1 is reflected as parallel light beam with respect to a central axis X by a first reflecting face 6 formed in a rotary parabolic face state. The reflected light is again reflected on a second reflecting face 7 of planar state at 45 deg. of inclining angle, formed on the back face of the element 1, and externally radiated from a radiating face 8. Thus, since the leads 2, 3 can be extended between the faces 6 and 7 without penetrating the faces 6, 7, when the frames 2, 3 are extended, for example, in a direction opposite to the face 8, a plurality of light emitting diodes can be densely arranged. |
