FIELD: coating of granulated material in agriculture, chemical, food-processing and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: seed mixer and coater has charging and discharge branch pipes and working tool mounted on shaft. Working tool has spirals arranged in axially aligned position on opposite sides of disk. Spirals have opposite direction coils with semioval shape of their section and are defined by walls. Window for transferring granules from one spiral into another is arranged in disk in the vicinity of spiral ends. Spiral coil width is decreasing from axis of rotation to peripheral parts. Walls of working tool may be made immovable and coating material pulsed supply devices, such as nozzles, may be positioned on walls below shaft axis.
