PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single adapter means for a small-sized card for preventing a user from feeling troublesome at the time of arranging a large-sized card at a large-sized card reader. SOLUTION: The reader of a portable telephone set is constituted of a wall 5 equipped with a supporting side face 6, and a connector 2 with an elastic contact terminal 3 projecting through an opening 8 from the supporting side face. The wall is provided with a projecting 10 for positioning constituted so as to be elastically pulled in the wall for holding a small-sized micro-SIM card at a reading position, and allowed to pass through the wall and the supporting side face in a static state for closing the small-sized card in a lateral direction. Thus, a contact pad can match a connector terminal, and a cover pressurizes the card on the connector terminal with which the contact match the supporting side face during the operation. Therefore, this device can be applied to reading of the micro-SIM card of the portable telephone set. |
