PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polycarbonate/ABS resin composition having excellent moldability, resistant to thermal deterioration and exhibiting improved heat- resistance and impact strength, especially impact strength at low temperature. SOLUTION: This composition is composed of (I) 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic polycarbonate and (II) 10-500 pts.wt. of an ABS resin composed of a polymer consisting of a styrene monomer and an acrylonitrile monomer and containing 5-30 pts.wt. of a rubbery polymer component having particle diameter of 0.3-3μm, grafted with the styrene monomer and the acrylonitrile monomer and occluding a copolymer of the monomer. The amount of the acrylonitrile component in the polymer component A is 8-30wt.% after removing a component insoluble in a 7:3 mixture of methyl ethyl ketone and methanol from the ABS polymer and the reduced viscosity of the component A is 0.2-0.55dL/g.
