PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time required for recording and reproducing by writing or reading track information with a detecting mechanism and a recording starting means for controlling the starting of recording a card. SOLUTION: When a magnetic head arrives at a track starting point, magnetic force of a magnet 40 is detected by a magnetic sensor 42, and its detecting signal is outputted to a timer as a recording/reproducing starting means. In this case, since setting time of the timer is zero, simultaneously with the detection of the magnetic force of the magnet 40, a recording and reproducing circuit is started to operate. When two magnetic head (2a and 2b) are provided, their tracks T11 and T12 can simultaneously be recorded. |
