<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make antistatic, back-transferring, recovering, cut resisting, and blocking resisting properties improve by forming an antistatic coating material film which is obtained by a method in which an aqueous solution containing an antistatic agent in which a repeating unit with specified structure is made a main component is applied at least on one side of a polyester film and dried, and the film is stretched. SOLUTION: An antistatic coating material film which is obtained by a method in which an aqueous solution containing an antistatic agent in which a repeating unit with specified structure given by a formula is made a main component is applied at least on one side of a polyester film and dried, and the film is stretched. In the formula, R<1> , R<2> are H or CH3 respectively, R<3> is a 2-10 C alkylene group, R<4> , R<5> are a 2-5 C alkylene group, n is 1-40, Y is halogen ion, mono- or poly halogenated ion, nitrate ion, sulfate ion, alkylsulfate ion, sulfonate ion, or alkylsulfonate ion.</p> |
