FIELD: devices for blanking vulcanite abrasive wheels. SUBSTANCE: die has mandrel carrying two rings with sharp cutting edges built in each other to form hollow between them, and also female die rigidly mounted on plate against rings. Female die is made in the form of ring with flat working end face and two cutting edges on external and internal surfaces. In this case, blanking die has two semirings which embrace the female die from outside and spring-loaded in radial direction relative to walls of female die plate, two segments installed inside female die and spring-loaded pushers of blanked workpiece and chippings. Internal surface of female die and external surfaces of segments conjugated with female die and external surface of female die and internal surfaces of semirings conjugated with female die have bevels at an angle equalling the tool angle of ring cutting edges.
