PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the widening of the range of wind direction by the deflection of lateral wind deflectors by a method wherein thin units, turning to left and right the deflectors, are provided on the side surfaces of the deflectors. SOLUTION: A plurality of thin units 12c, consisting of grooves communicating the upper end with the lower end vertically, are provided on the side surfaces of lateral wind deflectors 12. One piece of thin unit 12c is formed on the center of the deflector 12 or a plurality of thin units are formed on the front surface side from the center of the deflector 12. In this case the thin units 12c are provided on one side surface of the deflector 12, however, the units can be formed on both side surfaces. A synthetic resin having plastic property is used for the deflector 12. The deflector 12 is deflected by a given angle into left and right (A) or the same deflector 12 is bent into left direction (B). The deflector 12 is turned to left and right, whereby the range of wind direction is widened into a wide range and air can be sent even to the corner of a room. When the synthetic resin having plastic property is employed for the deflector 12, the direction of airflow can be deflected manually into left and right by an arbitrary angle. |
