DETERGENT COMPOSITION FOR HARD SURFACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition for a hard surface having excellent power for deterging oily dirt form e.g. a kitchen or window glass and giving a good finish of deterging. SOLUTION: This composition contains 0.001-2wt.% benzalconium cationic surfactant represented by the formula (wherein R<1> is a 4-12C alkyl or alkenyl; R<2> is a 1-12C alkyl or alkenyl; R<3> is a 1-3C alkyl; and X is an anion), 0.001-10wt.% volatile or liquid amine compound and 0.001-15wt.% water-soluble solvent and has a pH of 8-13.
