PURPOSE:To obtain an apparatus capable of producing plural kinds of rolled SUSHIs (vinegared rice with ingredients thereon) by making it possible to change the preset conditions, e.g. the movements of a cooked rice conveyor and of a intermediate conveyor, the vertical height of a cooked rice feed roller and the strength for passing cooked rice by a winding belt. CONSTITUTION:Corresponding to the kind of a product, data, e.g. the movement of a cooked rice conveyor 5 and an intermediate conveyor 8, the vertical height of a cooked rice roller 6 and the strength for pressing cooked rice by a winding belt 10 are preset. The kind of a product is chosen by a switch unit and these constituent units are controlled and driven through a microcomputer based on the data corresponding to the selected kind of the product. |
