PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance flexibility and insulation characteristics by further coating first ceramic-made insulating material coating a conductor through second ceramic-made insulating material. SOLUTION: Conductors 4a, 4b made of pure nickel or the like are a plurality of times overlapping wound, preferably spirally, by first insulating material 5a, 5b respectively made of bundled ceramic fibers such as alumina or the like. Further, the first insulating material 5a, 5b are coated without any gap by second insulating material 6 formed by braiding the bundled ceramic fibers. Preferably, the second insulating material 6 is coated by heat resistant coating material 7 made of ceramic material. Since the first insulating material is a plurality of times overlapping wound, withstand voltage is improved, and since the ceramic fibers are used, flexibility is superior, and insulation deterioration hardly occurs resulting from moisture absorption. |
