SOLUTION: A weather information providing means 3 consists of a weather organization capable of providing weather observing data of the place of the object of the competition and provides observing data for a competition operating device 1 and a competition participating device 2. The device 1 provides the contents of the competition specifying a weather elements expressing a place, a date and the state of weather through the communication line 4, judges the right/wrong of the forecast of each competitor based on weather observing data from a weather information providing organization and publishes scores. Data is transmitted to the device 2 through internet 4. On the other hand, with respect to the device 1, data can be provided not only through internet 4 but through another line 5 such as using a satellite. |
