<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply conduct a withstand voltage test in a short time at low cost, without opening a case or processing the gas in the case. SOLUTION: A lid plate 22 is installed on the flange 2 of a case 1 in which main circuit conductors 3 for three phases are installed. A mobile contacting body 26 is installed at the outer end of a mobile conductor 25, hermetically penetrating the lid plate 22 and capable of being freely moved, and a three-phase short-circuiting conductor 27 is installed at the inner end of the mobile conductor 25. Three contactors 36 are installed on the three-phase short-circuiting conductor 27; the three contactors which are brought into contact with the respective circuit conductors 3 by the energizing force of springs in such a manner that the contactors can be freely separated. The base of an insulator 9 is attached to the lit plate 22 in such a manner that it can be freely detached. A terminal 11, to which testing voltage is to be applied during a withstand voltage test, is formed on the insulator 9. A conductor 42 for testing the base, of which is connected with the terminal 11, is housed in the insulator 9. A contacting body 43 for testing in contact with the mobile contacting body 26 in such a manner that it can be freely separated is formed at the tip of the conductor 42 for testing. The mobile conductor 25 is moved, and the contactors 36 are thereby brought into contact with the respective main circuit conductors 3.</p> |
