<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mobile communication system in which a delay time of packet communication attended by movements between networks is suppressed to be short. SOLUTION: When communication by a mobile host 3 is not available, a relay storage means 22 stores communication information, addressed to the mobile host 3. A relay transfer means 23 makes relay transfer of the communication information with the mobile host 3, when the communication by the mobile host 3 is available. A relay control means 21 controls the relay storage means 22 and the relay transfer means 23, based on the communication propriety information of the mobile host 3. A storage means 12 stores communication information, addressed to the mobile host 3. A transfer means 13 transfers communication information to the mobile host 3. A communication control means 11 controls the storage means 12 and the transfer means 13, based on the presence information of the communication information repeater 2 and a communication message from the mobile host 3.</p> |
